Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Freelance Videographer with a passion for the outdoors to collaborate with the Trekup India team. We need a creative storyteller who can capture breathtaking, cinematic video content of our treks, expeditions, and customer experiences to fuel our online campaigns and inspire our adventure-loving audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Shoot high-quality, engaging video footage of treks, landscapes, and on-ground activities in challenging and remote outdoor environments.
- Concept to Completion: Develop storyboards, pitch creative video concepts, and refine the final cut based on internal team feedback.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with Trekup India’s adventurous spirit, maintaining consistent color grading, pacing, audio mixing, and overall brand identity.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Videographer/Filmmaker with a strong showreel demonstrating outdoor, travel, documentary, or adventure filmmaking.
- Equipment: Must own and operate a professional drone for aerial cinematography. All other necessary camera gear, audio equipment, and stabilization tools will be provided by Trekup India.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan and manage lead generation and conversion campaigns

Google Ads

Role Overview
We are seeking a Store, Inventory, Rental Equipment & Ration Manager to take complete ownership of inventory planning, ration management, and rental gear operations across all Trekup India trek slopes. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted trek operations through strong coordination with the operations team and on-ground slope managers.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Store Management
- Manage end-to-end inventory of trekking equipment, rental gear, ration supplies, and consumables.
- Maintain accurate stock records for all warehouses, base locations, and trek slopes.
- Plan inventory allocation based on trek schedules, expected batch sizes, and seasonal demand.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile shortages, damages, and losses.
Rental Equipment Operations
- Oversee issue, return, inspection, and maintenance of rental trekking gear.
- Ensure quality control and serviceability of all rental equipment before dispatch to slopes.
- Track equipment lifecycle, repairs, replacements, and write-offs.
Ration & Supply Planning
- Plan and manage ration requirements for all trek slopes as per trek calendars.
- Coordinate timely dispatch of ration and supplies to remote locations.
- Monitor consumption patterns and optimize ration procurement to minimize wastage.
Coordination & Operations Support
- Work closely with the Operations Team and Ground Trek Slope Managers for real-time requirements.
- Ensure smooth supply chain movement between warehouse, base camp, and trek slopes.
- Handle urgent or last-minute operational requirements during peak trekking seasons.
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain MIS reports for inventory levels, usage, damages, and shortages.
- Suggest and implement SOPs for inventory control, ration planning, and equipment handling.
- Support management with data-driven insights for cost control and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory, store, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably outdoor, hospitality, or expedition-based operations).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage operations across multiple remote locations.
